This simple mindfulness reset is perfect for chaos-filled mornings:
The 3-Minute Reset
Minute 1: Deep Breathing
Inhale for 4 seconds
Hold for 4
Exhale for 6
Repeat 3 times
Minute 2: Positive Affirmations
Try:
“I am present and calm.”
“I am equipped for today.”
“I’m doing enough.”
Minute 3: Set an Intention
Examples:
“I will pause before I react.”
“I will seek moments of joy.”
“I will lead with grace.”
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about starting from presence, not pressure. Give yourself permission to begin your day grounded.
