mindfulness can be micro. Sip your coffee and take a deep breath before that first request. Repeat a morning mantra while brushing teeth together. These tiny pauses are powerful. Mindfulness isn’t about having a 30-minute ritual—it’s about being aware. And if all you do is pause for one breath before you start the chaos, that’s progress.
