Nap time isn’t just for babies—it’s for moms to thrive. Instead of scrolling through TikTok or folding the never-ending mountain of laundry, try breaking a sweat. Set a timer, lay out your mat, and make your living room your studio. A 20-minute circuit can turn your whole day around. Try this:

  • 3 rounds of 1-minute squats

  • 1-minute plank (or rest...we don't judge!)

  • 1-minute jumping jacks (quiet ones if baby’s door creaks)

  • 1-minute glute bridges

Bonus: doing a silent victory dance when you finish without waking the baby 😉.
